How can we help?
Answers to the questions we hear most, and a direct line to a human when you need one. We read every message.
Questions, answered.
Is Vibespot free?
Yes. Browsing the map and posting Vibes is free. Account tiers with higher posting limits are available on request, and paid promotional features are coming later.
What's a Vibe?
A Vibe is anything worth discovering on the map: a concert, a farmers market, a happy hour, a pop-up, a beach day. Each Vibe shows up as an icon on the map, and the more people like it, the bigger it gets.
How do I post a Vibe?
Create a free account, verify your phone number, and post from the app or the web dashboard. Your Vibe appears on the map instantly.
Why do I have to verify a phone number?
Phone verification is a spam-prevention measure that keeps the map trustworthy — it's not an identity guarantee. You only need it to post; browsing the map doesn't require it.
Where does Vibespot work?
Everywhere. Anyone in any city can post and discover Vibes. We're actively populating Southern California first, with more cities on the way.
How does a Vibe become more visible on the map?
Vibes gain prominence through Points — from people liking your Vibes, from boost Points that come with account tiers, and from boosts applied to a Vibe where that's available. Points are a major signal, but not the only one: timing, relevance, and location matter too. Fake engagement, like-exchange schemes, and multiple accounts aren't allowed and can cost you Points or your account. See the Community Guidelines.
A listing is wrong, or I want to report a Vibe.
Report it through the Platform, or email support@vibespot.com. If it's your own Vibe and the plan has been canceled, rescheduled, or moved, please update or remove it promptly — stale listings hurt everyone.
I need higher posting limits for my venue or organization.
Accounts have tiers with different limits, such as how many Vibes can be active at once and how far from your location you can post. If you're a legitimate organizer or business that needs more room, email partners@vibespot.com and tell us what you do.
How do I close my account?
Email support@vibespot.com and we'll take care of it. We'll delete or de-identify your personal information except where retention is permitted or required, as described in our Privacy Policy.
I run a venue, event, or city program. How do I get involved?
We'd love to hear from you. Reach out at partners@vibespot.com, or visit our pages for venues & organizers and cities & community partners.
